Ministry of Sound presents the biggest compilation of the year, The Annual 2014. Chardy and Uberjak’d have mixed up a two-disc set of tracks to soundtrack your long summer days and even longer summer nights. To acknowledge this, Pacha Sydney and Ministry of Sound are joining forces to smash a huge party paying tribute to the biggest CD release of the year headlined by who other than Chardy & Uberjak'd. It’s time to re-enter Australia’s favorite dance space alongside the music powerhouse that is MOS and party to the best tracks of the year with Australia's finest Djing groups.

Disc one continues to deliver the best of now and tomorrow with the latest tracks from Disclosure, Rufus and Empire of the Sun as well as hits from John Newman, Peking Duk and What So Not. Disc two channels vibes from local prodigies of the Melbourne Sound, Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher and their explosive club weapon, Bring It Back a track which has taken Australian radio by storm and sees them riding high on the ARIA Singles chart.

The Annual 2014 Tour Event

The upcoming ministry of sound annual 2014 event will be at 646 South Pine Road, Eaton Hills Hotel Queensland on Friday 15th of November 2013 Midnight. Chardy is a local Melbourne DJ who is renowned for his electro disco dub tech house will be your DJ for that night. He is a totally focused and highly motivated DJ/producer. Beginning his career in the late 90s he is constantly striving for excellence and extremely passionate at what he does. His unique style, ability and following is guaranteed to fill the floor at any given venue. Chardy has played every major event in Australia with many club residencies. His ability to read a crowd enables him to set the mood and deliver a unique set guaranteed every time. With his sheer dedication Chardy is set to take DJing to a whole new level.

Ministry of Sound is owned by Versha Ministry, which has offices in London, Sydney and Berlin. The Chairman is James Palumbo, who is also the majority shareholder, a small minority share-holding having been sold to private equity house 3i in 2001. The Chief Executive Officer is Lohan Presencer. The Group has global sales of £80 million and employs up to 500 personnel worldwide. Its mission statement is: "to create the moments that people live for". The company also owns the Hed Kandi, Euphoria, and Hard2Beat brands, and co-owns Ministry of Sound Australia's Hussle Recordings, along with MoSA and Hussle's founder and MoSA's Managing Director/Founder DJ Tim McGee. Ministry of Sound Group Ltd., through Ministry of Sound Australia, also own Downright Records, Etcetc Records and Astrx.
 
Ministry of Sound UK had been doing tours in Australia previous to Ministry of Sound Australia's establishment in late 1999, conducting national tours in 1997 and 1998. Both events coincided with Australian albums Ministry of Sound: Australian Tour '97 and Ministry of Sound: Australian Tour '98 which were sold and released by Festival Mushroom Records. The popularity of these tours and the CDs prompted Ministry of Sound UK to establish itself in Australia in 1999 and released its first compilation.
